All personalised items are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Due to the customised nature of these products, they cannot be resold, which means we are unable to accept returns for unwanted items.

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, without needing to provide a reason.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Once cancellation has been confirmed, you must return the item to us within 14 days.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging where applicable.

Please note that certain products are exempt from the right to cancel, including personalised or made-to-order items, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will process any eligible refund using the original payment method. Refunds will include the standard delivery cost paid at the time of purchase. Any additional costs for upgraded or expedited delivery services are non-refundable.
